The Executive committee is elected bi-annually by a vote of the participating players. League directors are appinted seasonally by the Executive Committee.
At the start of each season (summer and winter) returning players are required to renew and update their registration data and submit league fee to their team manager prior to first game. New players submit the form attached below.

The Executive Committee of the Roseville Senior Softball Association has adopted a new policy with regard to reimbursements and vendor payments. All disbursements from the RSSA will be made by check. Disbursements over $250 must be authorized by any two members of the Executive Committee and checks will be written by the Commissioner or Deputy Commissioner. Directors, Managers and Players requesting a reimbursement or payment to a third party must present an invoice for the amount to be paid or submit a check request form (see attached). In early 2023, the Roseville Senior Softball Association (RSSA) Board met to review and update the RSSA by-laws (last updated in 2019). The by-laws were ratified by player ballot in June 2023.
